How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons like holidays. For rush orders, please contact us directly to check our schedule.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is one dozen (12) cookies for custom decorated orders.

Do you deliver or ship cookies?

Currently, we offer local pickup and may arrange local delivery for larger orders. We do not ship cookies at this time to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

How should I store my cookies?

Store your decorated cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. They will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks. Avoid refrigeration as it can cause moisture issues with the icing.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Please contact us to discuss specific dietary needs. While we work with traditional ingredients, we're happy to discuss options when possible.
